No project too small. No idea too big.
Preserving the existing streetscape · Hansbekedorp, Deinze
We don't start with objections. We start with investigation.
Key-Design Architects is the practice of Kenneth Keyaerts, licensed architect in Lier. We work for private clients who want to renovate or build their home, and for developers who want to bring a site to its full value.
Every design is tested against reality: the regulations, the budget, and what a contractor will later have to do with it. One consistent architect follows your project, from the first idea to the handover of the keys.

First the site, the rules and the budget. Only then the design.
One point of contact
The architect who draws is also the architect who follows through.
Worry-free execution
Technique and budget are monitored as closely as the design.
